PayPal, an online payment processor, will be launched in Bangladesh next December, said Salman F Rahman, private industry and investment adviser to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. He said this while visiting the Walton factory at Chandra in Gazipur at 10 am on Saturday.

Note that PayPal is basically the method of sending or receiving payments internationally. Freelancers take their fixed salary or money through PayPal as opposed to working for different clients in the international market.
